Extremely friendly and friendly staff, it was excellent stay.
The hotel was clean and the location was incredible in the historic district. Our room was well decorated and fantastic, provided with bedroom and a nice view and great views. Location: the venue was near to the main square in the old town and a cafe in the neighbourhood. And it's just a short walk away from Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

The value for money was excellent and our room was beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the ravine. The hotel's location in the historical center was perfect and the staff, especially Maria, were welcoming and helpful.
The only improvement could be the breakfast selection, which could have had more variety and options available.

Centrally located with convenient parking options nearby for a fee or free a bit further away. English-speaking staff and comfortable rooms with lovely views. Traditional furniture mixed with modern amenities like a modern shower. Great value buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Close to historic attractions and cultural sites.
Friendly staff always willing to help without any trouble.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel right in the center of the old town. The location was perfect, with some good restaurants close by and right on the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautifully furnished interior and a fabulous terrace overlooking a ravine with cliffs. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, with housekeeping doing a great job. The staff, particularly the lady on reception, were incredibly hardworking, providing a warm welcome and helpful advice on exploring this lovely little town.
Can't think of anything.

The Hospedería de Cuenca is located in the historic center of Cuenca, offering beautiful views of the Júcar Gorge and the surrounding countryside. The setting is truly picturesque, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The room I stayed in was quite small and lacked adequate storage space. It would have been more comfortable with a larger room and additional furniture.

This boutique inn in the heart of the old quarter is a hidden gem. The stylish rooms with wooden floors and natural furnishings provide a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The large, comfortable beds and wood/marble bathrooms add a touch of luxury. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. Its perfect location close to restaurants and sights makes it an ideal base for exploring the city.
Noise from the reception area can be heard in some rooms.

The interior of this place is mind-blowingly beautiful, and the beds are super comfortable. The lady at reception worked tirelessly all day and evening to make our stay amazing. The terrace overlooking the gorge is jaw-dropping, and it's just minutes away from all the museums and attractions. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with stylish rooms and common areas. Plus, they offer free wi-fi, luggage storage, and flat-screen TVs. There are also great hiking trails and a golf course nearby. And if you're traveling with a baby, they provide cots. Lastly, no pets are allowed and there is no smoking on site. Truly a fantastic experience!

Charming hotel in a unique, historical building with a cozy feel and great location. Maria, the staff member, was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me in a personalized manner. The breakfast was good, but hot dishes would add more value. Despite weak WiFi in the room, the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and convenient location.
